His greatest strength lies in his ability to connect with people. Outside of work, he’s on a quest for the finest single malt, indulging in sports, reading, and exploring the world of food. Amlan Swain brings over 20 years of global experience in consulting, sales, bid management, and innovation, with expertise in AI/ML, Quality Engineering, Cloud Apps, eCommerce, Cyber Security, and Fraud Prevention. He has a proven track record of leading large teams, multi-million-dollar wins, building strong customer relationships, and managing complex pursuits. 

Rajesh brings 20 years of experience from Standard Chartered GBS, IBM, Accenture, and Technicolor Creative Studios. He specializes in optimizing utilization, productivity, and human capital retention. Based in Bengaluru, Rajesh excels in aligning strategies with organizational goals.

Dheeraj is a problem solver who helps tech companies make informed decisions about their products. He builds testing teams that deliver Good Testing – testing that is not shallow but dives deep to add value. With a proven track record of delivering testing services for products like Flipkart, Reliance Retail, Luxottica, and 50+ companies with millions of customer bases, Dheeraj is passionate about catering to the much larger world with a blend of Techno-Business Skills and unwavering passion towards software testing.

Satyam has experience in domains like fintech, e-commerce, e-learning, and media. He believes in understanding the product first and deciding the appropriate heuristics based on the context. He ensures his peers get the right platform to work and thrive. He specializes in test consulting, automated solutions, AI/ML implementation in the testing space, and software testing. He is known for applying his knowledge of Cognitive Science and Behavioural Science to make software testing, managerial activities, and his personal life more effective and fulfilling.

He excels in managing the delivery of various e-commerce testing projects for leading clients, demonstrating a strong track record of success in ensuring high-quality products. With expertise in test strategy, design, and execution, Kushal is dedicated to delivering seamless user experiences and is always eager to take on new challenges to further enhance his skills and knowledge in the field of software testing.

Abhishek Makhija is an accomplished professional with over 13 years of extensive experience in quality engineering and delivering large programs within the Banking, Fintech and Retail industries. Abhishek has led large-scale QA programs across core banking systems, digital payments, lending platforms etc in Banking Space and Oracle Store, SAP, Hybris etc in Retail Space. A strategic thinker with hands-on expertise has successfully delivered by aligning quality processes with business goals. He specialises in implementing robust test strategies across functional, automation, performance, and security testing disciplines, enabling faster go-to-market while maintaining regulatory and operational integrity.

Ashutosh brings a wealth of experience in cultivating and implementing Operational & Strategic HR initiatives. With a collective experience of over 20 years in Change Management, Process Excellence, Administration, Human resources leadership and a distinguished background as a Military Veteran he blends discipline, deep expertise in people operation with a mission driven approach to every aspect of the role. Ashutosh oversees all facets of HR in addition to General Administration and Compliance. Drawing on his leadership experience in both the military and corporate sectors, he champions teamwork, accountability and integrity. Ashutosh is also an advocate for veteran transitions and inclusive workplace practices. Before joining Qapitol he has held roles in companies spanning various sectors like Banking, BPO’s/KPO’s, Consulting and L&D.
