- To be eligible for the referral bonus, you must submit the referrals by logging into Darwinbox.
- If the referred employee is confirmed, you will get the referral incentive at the end of the new joiner’s 90-day (probation) period.
- Only candidates who match the eligibility criteria while adhering to the company’s policies and procedures will be considered.
- All information pertaining to the hiring decision will be kept strictly confidential.

Except for the employees listed below, all employees will receive bonuses for participating in our Referral Drive; nonetheless, the employees listed below are encouraged to refer!

- Recruiters and hiring managers for positions for which they are hiring
Candidates you know directly, such as ex-colleagues, acquaintances, or relatives, can be referred to. It is critical that you know the applicants to whom you are referring and that you submit their CVs after communicating with them and informing them of the openings to which you are referring them.
No, you must not mass-post the URL from LinkedIn or any other social network. For each employment opening, you must refer people separately. For more information, please refer to the “How to Refer” video.
There is no limit to how many referrals an employee may make. However, each employee can only receive three referral bonuses.
The following prospects have a strong chance of being hired.
- Candidates with actual work experience in the field for which we are looking and who meet the specific JD requirements.
- Candidates that have worked with Tier 1 IT Services Companies and/or System Integrators such as Accenture, IBM, Capgemini, TCS (Tata Consultancy Services), Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Mindtree, L&T Infotech, Tech Mahindra, and others are preferred.
- Candidates who have worked with pure-play independent testing services providers such as Cigniti, Qualitest, QualityKiosk, Expleo, Test Vagrant, Moolya, TestingXperts, TestYantra, and others are preferred.
Yes, you may refer to our ex-employees provided they meet the requirements.
Yes, you may refer to anyone. We shall make our decision depending on each scenario.
No, you will not receive a referral bonus for any candidate whose resume is already listed in our database and/or who was referred to by someone else before you.
Yes, the candidate you listed will be evaluated and interviewed in accordance with our usual procedure, with no exceptions. All candidates will be chosen based on their merit.
All referral bonuses will be paid at the end of 90 days (probation period) from the referred employee’s 1st day of employment with Qapitol QA provided the referred employee is confirmed.
You can check the hiring status of the referred candidate by logging into the Darwinbox’s “My Referral” under the “Recruitment” section.
The candidate to whom you refer must have:
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (in English)
- Ability to learn (extremely crucial)
- Shows enthusiasm, has a positive attitude, and wishes to pursue a career in Quality Engineering.
- Relevant experience in accordance with the position’s job description
We are now hiring in Bengaluru. If a candidate does not live in the city, he or she must be willing to relocate to Bengaluru, the Client Location or Qapitol Office as these are Work from Office profiles.
